What is Quartzite?

Quartzite is a natural stone material, used for custom countertops, that has the natural beauty of marble but with the qualities of granite countertops. The increased presence of natural quartz crystals increases the surface durability when exposure to common kitchen activities. Quartzite countertops give you the rich beauty of marble with a more durable surface making the material more practical for kitchen application. Since it is a natural stone a sealer application is required.
